The Second Session of the Fourth Health Services Professional Committee of Shanghai Services Federation (SSF) and the First Forum on “Cross-Industry Integration for High-Quality Development of the Health Sector" in 2023 was held at China Financial Information Center in Shanghai on May 17. The event also witnessed the opening ceremony of Xinyuan Translational Medicine and Medical Technology Service Center in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, which is jointly established by Sinofaith IP Group, 360ZHYX.COM, and Pudong Industrial Technology Research Institute. The center was announced as one of the first partners of the SSF in the health sector.

With clinical intellectual property (IP) as the core element of its services, Xinyuan Translational Medicine and Medical Technology Service Center creates a platform connecting the innovation chain, value chain, and supply chain to facilitate cross-industry exchanges, cooperation and research translation. The center is dedicated to linking the upstream and downstream stakeholders in biomedicine to help the government unlock the biomedical industry’s potential, support the biomedical development in Pudong and other areas of Shanghai, and facilitate access to innovation resources and the biomedical industry.

The event was sponsored by SSF, organized by its Health Services Professional Committee, supported by Shanghai Zhangjiang Institute of Medical Innovation and Exide Group, and co-organized by China Financial Information Center, 001YIXUE.COM, 360ZHYX.COM, Huihui Community Communication Platform, Shanghai Zhangjiang Translational Medicine R&D Center Co., Ltd., Shanghai Biotecan Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Huateng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The event was attended by experts and representatives from medical institutions, businesses, academia, research institutes, financial institutions, service providers, and user groups. Their discussions during the event focused on new opportunities and patterns for integrated development of the health sector and the translation of biomedical innovations through cooperation.
